Assistant Manager will support the success of all operational and visual functions in the store. This includes all aspects of the customer service experience, cash handling, operational compliance as well as styling, processing and placing merchandise to create a pleasing store.

-serves as a role model to part time team members in areas of customer service, driving sales, inventory and follow up with customers.
-spends at least 60% of shifts driving sales and running the salesfloor.
