The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, remote based, to take ownership of strategic joint marketing initiatives for the ForgeRock partner business in the Americas. This highly visible role will collaborate with the partner and sales organization, virtual field marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, and corporate marketing teams to create, build and execute the partner marketing vision, driving customer driving acquisition and engagement to support ForgeRock’s growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to lead, build and drive the strategy to fuel the Americas partner marketing programs, working with GSI’s, MSP’s and Resellers, focused on awareness, demand, enablement and engagement.
- Build a scalable, partner demand generation engine (i.e.leveraging co-branded integrated campaigns, ABM, digital, events, and content) to drive pipeline for ForgeRock
- Drive awareness and be the central point of contact coordinating co-marketing activities across blogs, social media, AR / PR and more
- Coordinate the development of joint messaging and content in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring that the Partner and ForgeRock field teams are equipped to drive customer demand for joint solutions.
- Define key performance metrics and KPI’s, and collaborate with the marketing operations team to develop processes to track the ROI on co-marketing investments
- Manage co-marketing funds to ensure optimization of spend.
- Be an internal advocate for partners among key ForgeRock stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience building a partner marketing engine.
- Minimum 4 years experience in partner marketing programs, including, but not limited to co marketing events, integrated campaigns, digital, social and more
- Previous experience working with GSI’s, Resellers or MSP’s preferred.
- Experience working cross functionally and driving the process to develop and create co-branded messaging, assets and collateral
- Relentless commitment to tracking success metrics and optimizing programs.
- Experience managing MDF / partner marketing budgets
- Great interpersonal skills and comfortable working across different levels of management
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high-speed environments to meet strict deadlines.
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Inspires, influences and manages others (both within and outside your own direct work-group).
