We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our catering team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for food and customer service, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing menus, preparing food in our commercial kitchen to prep it for transport and service at off-site events. The majority of this role will take place in our home base, and not out in the field at events. This is a hands on role where you will plan, lead, and execute the preparation of a wide variety of catering food, for events of all types. Strong prep skills and organizations skills are a must for this role. Hours/work load will vary depending on the event calendar and schedule. May include some early mornings, late evenings, depending on the prep needs for the days events.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead catering production.
- Pack all food for safe transport to event locations.
- Detail oriented is a must!
- Manage catering ingredient inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen work environment.
- Responsible for ordering, inventory management, and COGS of catering supplies,
- Manage food preparation and presentation according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and strong communication to other kitchen employees and the rest of the catering & event staff.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
