IT Services Depot Manager
Form 10 Group has an opening for a cross-talented IT Depot Manager located in Oklahoma City.
The IT Services Depot Manager will lead the deployment support and preparation processes for a critical IT equipment program for the state government.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain workflow of depot imaging to fulfill deployment team needs.
- Create depot work plans based on upcoming bulk deployment projects as well as low-volume deployments.
- Be in close coordination with the State government agencies supported by this program.
- Maintain MDT imaging servers, including updating WIM images and automating imaging processes.
- Work with client to create and test new imaging processes (MEM, Autopilot.)
- Coordinate and align depot processes with other departments including Procurement, Asset Management, and Deployment.
- Manage, coach, and provide day-to-day leadership to team members.
- Maintain accurate asset information in Asset Management Systems for hardware compliance reporting.
- Oversee and remediate Asset Audit results.
- Perform computer imaging and configuration as a backup during high activity periods.
- Develop and improve work processes to increase inventory accuracy and work efficiency.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and ability to trouble shoot in a Windows environment (Desktop and Server).
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT field service or IT equipment deployments in an Enterprise Environment.
- Leadership or management experience.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Strong communication skills.
- IT certifications.
- Must be willing to work on site/in person at the IT equipment depot.

Job type: Full-time.
Schedule: Monday through Friday.
Work Location: Not a hybrid or remote job. Work is performed full time on site at the depot in Oklahoma City.
Pay: $55,000 - $60,000
