Headquartered in Spring Valley, California, FormAlloy Technologies Inc is a metal additive manufacturing technology company that is principally engaged in the design, research, development, production and integration of metal additive manufacturing systems and components.

FormAlloy is currently seeking a Government Business Development Manager. As with all positions at FormAlloy, there is major opportunity for advancement and no corporate ladder to climb. The fruits of your efforts will be felt immediately by the company.

Pay and benefits will be commensurate with education and experience.

For the Government Business Development Manager position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • 3 years’ experience with development of technical documentation and/or proposals
  • 3 years’ experience with additive manufacturing
  • 2 years’ experience with Government project management
  • Fluency with manufacturing technology and industry standards
  • Ability to produce quality work independently or in a group setting
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Experience writing successful US government funded proposals
  • Experience presenting at conferences and meetings

Primary Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager position consist of:

  • Development of technical documentation for metal additive manufacturing projects and proposals
  • Author abstracts, technical volumes, and white papers for Government funding opportunities
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to establish technical processes and procedures
  • Provide internal and customer-facing status reports and presentations for multiple ongoing projects
  • Execute Government and other customer projects to keep them on task and on schedule, including establishing and tracking milestones
