Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist estimators in timely completion of general contractor prequalification.
· Ensure proper contract administration including routing signature, submission, as necessary, and electronic filing in the Project Management System (Procore)
· Assist in project meetings for turnover, pre-construction, progress and closeout by supporting Project Managers (PM)
· Maintain accuracy of electronic job files in accounting system ComputerEase (CE) and Procore
· New Job Setup in CE and Procore, including entering budget and job phase categories.
· Enter and Track change orders and events in CE and Procore
· Develop a process to track/estimate direct cost of change orders with PM and Superintendent for proper recording as part of a monthly process.
· Work with superintendents on scheduling and verifying time for job costing
· Other Project Support
o Support Project Managers and Field Superintendents/Foremen
§ Submittals
§ Closeout Documentation
o Procurement
§ Prepare RFQs, and Procurement Comparison Reports.
§ Prepare Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements with Project Managers
o A/R
§ Prepare AIA Monthly Requisition
§ Prepare/process and file vendor and customer lien waivers
o A/P
§ Code and enter all payables for assigned projects, and any other that arise
· Serve as a resource for the project managers and operations team
· Attend work regularly and predictably and uphold Company values in all work aspects.
· Other duties as assigned

· College Degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of two years of work relevant experience with a construction company

Working Environment
This position is typically performed in an office environment with fairly frequent interruptions requiring focus and the ability to return to tasks. This position requires working on and with cross functional teams including all FormanFord Branches and with Corporate Headquarters.
Work Hours: 7am-4:30pm
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively, sit, use his/her hands with coordination and precision to type and use a computer at regular speed and accuracy and see details at close range. There is occasional light lifting of up to 10 pounds.
