What are the responsibilities and job description for the Department Manager position at Forman Mills?
Department Managers are responsible for merchandise presentation and replenishment, ad sets and signs. Department Managers implement the companies merchandising directives and ensure that the selling is clean, and safe. Must be able to provide hands on training, safety, multi task, evaluate and react to performance issues with strong communication, customer service and leadership skills. Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business. Physical requirements include; ability to walk and stand continuously, lift up to 60 lbs, bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion.
