As a Universal Banker at our Slinger, WI location, you will expand on our superb background as a premier community bank, build and maintain customer relationships, perform personalized account transactions and services, and promote and sell Forte Bank products and services. The Universal Banker plays a critical role by opening new accounts, performing deposit account maintenance, responding to customer's needs with delight, and ensuring required banking procedures are completed and followed.
This role is full time, and requires the ability to work at least two Saturday mornings per month.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Outstanding customer service skills are the single most important aspect of this job. The ideal team member will also be able to adapt to a changing environment, while learning and working within the required bank procedures and policies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience processing customer or sales transactions. Banking/teller experience is preferred.
