Summary of Position
Through collaboration with Rogers Corporation, the leading materials provider in the RF industry, Fortify
has launched a suite of low-loss, tunable dielectric materials targeted at unique RF and antenna
applications. This role on the Fortify team will play a leading role in driving our success in this new
market.
We are seeking a business development & sales professional with an extensive background in high
frequency telecommunications systems. Specific experience with antenna, radar, dielectric devices, and a
demonstrable working knowledge of key industry drivers and players is required.
In this role, you will be providing technical and business leadership to identify opportunities and help drive
projects from proof of concept through to design wins. Applications areas of interest will include RF
devices, such as GRIN lenses and solid dielectric components, that leverage state of the art material
properties with design for additive manufacturing's benefits. Leveraging previous RF industry experience,
the individual in this role will be an expert at understanding industry trends and how to best position
Fortify.
Working at the interface between our technical applications team, our partners at Rogers Corporation and
the most innovative customers in the industry, you will be a key contributor to the team driving success at
Fortify in this vertical.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform market analysis on novel GRIN devices and components, such as lenses and

Candidate Prerequisites
- BS/MS (or greater) in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years experience in the RF field (commercial applications preferred)
- Familiarity with RF industry dynamics and key players in the commercial and defense industry
- Experience selling or marketing mmWave devices is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong listener who also exhibits empathy
- Professional services, strategic consulting and/or solution selling experience is highly valued
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Demonstrated project management and presentation skills
