Overview
Parkwest Bicycle Casino is seeking for a Dealer Coordinator! Qualified candidate for the Dealer Coordinator is the perfect opportunity for a confident experienced individual with a great understanding of how to deliver fantastic hospitality.
The Dealer Coordinator coordinates and arranges assigned section dealers to comply with policies and procedures as well as evaluating performance.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates dealer rotations for live games in a fair and objective manner.
- Must have full knowledge of all monthly casino promotions.
- Completes employment-related paperwork to include payroll inquiries meeting payroll deadlines.
- Assists in evaluating Dealer performance.
- Provides information in written and verbal form to keep dealers up-to-date on changes in policy, new
- promotions, and important events. Tracks on-going games.
- Monitors and verifies Dealer tip contribution forms for correct amounts.
- Handles extensive phone inquiries.
- Provides leadership and serves as a positive role model to staff.
- Attends training as appropriate to fulfill requirements, update job skills and promote development, and arranges staff to do the same.
- Must be available to work any shift including overtime when necessary.
- Regular attendance, punctuality and essential key responsibilities for this job.
- Parkwest Bicycle Casino is a customer service business and, as such, customer relations are an essential jobduty and responsibility of every team member.
- Other duties as assigned by the Shift Manager / Assistant Shift Manager.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass mandatory screening which may include a background and credit check, and drug test.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment team member permit, badge or license.
- Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers.
- Able to resolve problems / conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Available for full time work which may include weekends and evening scheduling; and ready for all programs and activities.
Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
- Able to converse in English.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work within a team environment.
Education : Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school desired.Experience : Prior experience in a supervisor or leadership role and 1-2 years’ experience and / or training as dealer.
Equivalent combination of education and experience also accepted.Physical and Mental Requirements : Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
