What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Strategy Program Manager position at Fossil?
Fossil Group’s Content Strategy Program Manager will support critical digital milestones of the integrated digital roadmap across the business to help achieve success. This critical role serves as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to marketing and creative teams and ensuring synergies across specific marketing projects. This role will also be held accountable for ensuring “customer” success in the delivery of expected outcomes of the program and will play a critical role in defining the content strategy to support scalability & personalization.
To be successful in this role you must be able to:
- Support digital leadership with agile methodology activation to embed new ways of working within the business
- Provide thought leadership in the development of content planning framework and process to build a digital first content strategy
- Provide ongoing strategic counsel on content marketing best practices and tactics that align with digital marketing and overall business goals
- Ensure business value is realized (directly and indirectly) for each project that concludes where applicable
- Lead one or two specific large scaled projects (lanes) requiring complex, multi-functional collaboration and management at the program level
