What are the responsibilities and job description for the Global Marketing Coordinator position at Fossil?
Fossil is currently searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our global brand marketing team for Fossil’s portfolio of licensed brands. The coordinator's primary purpose will be to plan and deliver multi-channel marketing programs that support Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Kate Spade New York, Tory Burch and DKNY in achieving top global and regional performance with a focus on wholesale and retail channels.
The coordinator will be responsible for working collaboratively across a cross-functional team to include other departments such as regional teams and creative services. Some essential responsibilities for this Marketing Coordinator include:
- Establish strong and collaborative relationships with the licensor, internal partners and cross-functional teams
- Manage team calendars, templates and deliverables to ensure marketing assets are delivered on-time and with excellence
- Manage the approval process for tactics that require licensor submission
- Coordinate seasonal graphic refreshes, maintaining timelines and licensor approvals
- Open jobs in project management system, assign tasks and ensure timely delivery
- Compile licensor feedback and serve as single point of contact for creative team
- Quality control and optimization of regional marketing executions, including in store POS, roadshows and events through retail and wholesale efforts
- Continuously research trends to positively impact the marketing message and broadly share with marketing partners
Salary : $51,000 - $64,500
