Fotona, a world leader in dental & medical/aesthetic lasers, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to work out of, grow, and develop our Southwest Territory for Dental Laser Sales. This is a high-profile position for a self-directed individual seeking to take their sales career to the next level. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and produce immediate results. Capital Equipment sales, Prospecting, as well as a proven track record in closing deals a strong plus.
The main responsibility of this position will be aggressive prospecting to identify, initiate, and nurture relationships, including classic cold calling, in person, over the phone and via e-mail, with decision makers in order to qualify sales opportunities. Compensation based on experience and track record as well as a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate professionalism and establish a strong sense of trust among Fotona’s growing customer base.
- Manage high volume cold calls to dental offices.
- Collect and record the contact information of prospects and leads using CRM.
- Identifying decision makers and determine buying process.
- Identify prospects' business needs and goals to determine solutions.
- Perform basic product demonstrations at regional events and tradeshows.
- Build strong networks in and outside the organization.
- Manage warm marketing lists to uncover qualified sales opportunities
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
- Represent Fotona with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience.
- Capital equipment, DME, and/or Dental Sales experience a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop qualified appointments.
- Excellent phone and in-person sales skills.
- Basic Office Suite and computer/internet skills for efficient documentation and research.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Reliable, strong work ethic and able to work independently to produce results.
- Salesforce.com experience preferred.

- Competitive salary based on experience and track record, plus uncapped commissions.
