Sales Professional Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect, particularly using social media
- Set appointments
- Stay current on product knowledge, skill development, processes and inventory
- Be proficient in all aspects of helping customers obtain the vehicle that is right for them
Sales Professional Compensation
- This is a commission-based position with six figure income potential
- Paid training
- Monthly guarantee; for the first 3 months, the monthly guarantee will match current income, up to a significant amount, so that a new salesperson will not have to worry about making less than their current income but can still make substantially more than their current income
Sales Professional Hours
- 8:30-7 Monday-Friday; 8-6 Saturday (Days off are Sunday and one other weekday; must be willing to be flexible with hours for customers and for training)
