What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Foundation Solutions?
We are looking for a well-organized self-starter who is computer literate with proficiency in customer management software. This person will work with our Project Manager and crewmen in our Ventura location to assist in the planning and implementation of projects by conducting administrative duties. The schedule is flexible with some home office hours available, if desired. Monday and Friday will be mandatory in office days. We estimate the weekly hours will be 15 per week to start but could move into more as we grow. Construction experience would be preferred but we are willing to train the right person.

Track project and lead progression.
Facilitate and keep meeting notes.
Assignment tasking, tracking completion task reminder management.
Assistance with contacting vendors and clients with project updates, information, and documents.
Conducting administrative duties to assist management and crewmen.
Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager or corporate office staff in an orderly and efficient manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
