Foundry, the largest demand gen supplier to the technology market, is currently seeking a Vice-President, Demand Gen Sales, to lead the company’s USA demand generation commercial activities. Foundry’s core technology platforms are Intent (Foundry Intent), ABM/Orchestration (Triblio) and an MQL platform (Visionayr). We also run Foundry ads through these platforms.
As a strategic and trusted advisor to internal Directors and external customers, you will be the commercial “Face of Foundry DG”, working with the US sales organization and DG delivery teams, ensuring each customer gets maximum value from their Foundry campaigns from the point of sale through to renewal.

Responsibilities
- Leading USA demand gen sales activities working with sales leadership and teams across digitally delivered (MQL) and TM delivered (BANT) lead types
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
- Design policies that align with overall commercial strategy
- Implement efficient processes and standards between the commercial and DG delivery team
- Partner with customer success teams to ensure customer retention
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
- Evaluate and mitigate
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Collaborate with DG delivery leader on operational performance and suggest improvements
- Managing financial targets and forecasting of bookings to revenue
- Assists on product pricing and packaging
- Engages in high level negotiations to generate lucrative contracts or build beneficial relationships with our customers
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met and exceeded
- Working closely with Foundry’s sales leaders and teams to grow existing business and develop new business accounts
- Managing acquisition integrations into the sales and product portfolio as and when needed

Qualifications
Transformative thinker with extensive experience across demand gen, ABM, MarTech and intent data. Understands the big picture and diverse needs of different stakeholders whilst rolling up sleeves to understand which levers really drive commercial value. Excellent record in creating and executing strategies that deliver long term growth. Experienced operational leader with DG marketer, Agency or Provider experience . 10 years in the technology, media, advertising or martech industries. Outstanding communicator able to work alone and with senior colleagues.
