Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness through on-site and face-to-face interactions with consumers. As a liaison between buyers and sellers, you will provide valuable information about our products and services, help generate leads, and create upsell opportunities. This role is essential in meeting sales quotas and supporting the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to generate sales leads.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of all FB Doors products and services.

- Engage in marketing activities that increase product awareness and drive sales.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.

- Report daily, weekly, and monthly on the status of field marketing activities.

- Document and share lead and customer intelligence with the Canvassing Team.

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.

- Represent FB Doors at various events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to drive brand loyalty.

- Meet or exceed established sales quotas.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role.

- Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Familiarity with the impact windows, doors, or roofing industry is a plus.

- Ability to travel locally as needed.

- Salesforce experience a plus.

- Availability to work on Saturdays and flexibility to work overtime when required.
