Responsibilities
- Responsible for management of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the resort. Interviews, trains and schedules the staff. Conducts performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This will include any day of the week, all shifts, and holidays.
- High attention to detail and customer service skills
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
