Call center Representative – Remote Work from Home Opportunity with Paid Training

Available Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM

Requirements:
- At least 5 years customer service and/or call center experience.
- Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Excellent communication skills both verbal warn written
- Excellent and confident customer support skills and positive disposition
- Ability to handle high call volume
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Provide exceptional customer service/Quality of Care
Tasks include, But Not Limited To:
- Identify, research, and resolve customer questions
- Schedule customer appointments based on availability
- Provide customers with basic information regarding the nature of our business
