Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Group Sales Manager to join our talented Shared-Services Sales & Marketing team! Join our Team The Shared-Services Group Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales. This position is responsible for selling and securing group business for two distinctive South Florida luxury hotels to achieve annual assigned individual revenue goals and hotel budgets. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-directed, results-oriented team player with a proven history of luxury hotel sales and business development experience. The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for a dedicated geographical region through active and effective promotion, solicitation, and business development. The successful applicant will be a focused, skilled negotiator with a proven record of accomplishment and results in securing business. This position is a Brand Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels. It requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion with decision-making, handling, and managing confidential information for both properties. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all primary responsibilities and accept assignments and tasks assigned by the Director of Sales or Director of Marketing on a need basis, to promote teamwork. This role may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Business travel will be required. Applicants must have three to five years of previous luxury hotel sales experience in a similar or equivalent role. A four (4) year College Degree is preferred; however, not essential with relevant experience.
