The role of the Guest Services Manager
Oversees all valet parking operations alongside the guest service attendants who manage bell, door, and parking for guests. Creates a welcoming, memorable experience as guests arrive to the hotel, throughout their stay, and when they depart. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
