We are looking for talented, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help us meet our objective of being recognized as the company that manages the finest hotels, resorts, and residence clubs wherever we are located. About the role Leverages data and resources to increase talent pipeline and reduce time and administration in Talent Acquisition (sourcing, recruitment marketing, local campus programs) Supports and coaches property hiring managers on Talent Acquisition process. Responsible for full cycle recruitment, Individual Contributor, and Early Career Leadership roles. What you will do Oversee full lifecycle recruiting of top-tier candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance. Talent sourcing of qualified and diverse candidates for open positions and future opportunities. Ensure outstanding candidate experiences throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process. Participation in management meetings such as Labor Meetings, Morning Meetings, and Staffing Meetings, with Managers and Planning Committee. Train Leaders in People & Culture Recruitment processes and procedures. Create and run reports (first 90 days, internal candidates, Open Positions, Excel Dashboards, Staffing, Turnover) Oversee staffing versus budget and predict the future needs of the property. Strengthen relationships with public and private institutions to increase the number of quality candidates, organizing, and leading Job Fairs The ability to process confidential information. The ability to keep accurate and legally compliant records, including required logs and posting documents related to talent acquisition. The ability to support Learning and Development processes as needed. What you bring 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience. Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Customer service orientation, analytical thinking, resourcefulness, and results-driven.
