We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with outstanding analytical, organizational and communication skills to enhance our department and keep pace with future growth. Providing the services and support that each employee needs to be fully engaged and successful is a primary focus of our HR department. The Human Resources Generalist will perform a wide range of activities to fulfill that ideal.
Areas of focus include:
- Analyzing current practices/processes
- Identifying areas for improvement and participating in the constant improvement of Four Star Greenhouse
- Identifying and resolving employee issues
- Performing administrative functions that support the growth of both the employee and the organization
We look forward to talking to you if you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess a high attention to detail, and can effectively use time management skills by meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks. This will be a full-time year-round position with a starting pay of $22.50 per hour for the entry level candidate. Starting pay may increase based on relevant skills and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, and the opportunity for a merit increase after 90 days of employment.
