Position Summary: Works with the Marketing and Communications teams to assist in the creation of strong design content and advertising material. Position Responsibilities: Work with marketing team on creating designs for projects and product launches. Execute on media and influencer product needs and ongoing design support. Support social media and communications team in designing quality content. Designs online, print and video advertising. Track monthly advertising and campaign performance. Collaborate with marketing team on designs for campaign ideation through to execution. Utilizes design skills for Corporate Events Planning. Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Strong software skills: Microsoft Office, Photoshop and related design software, and aptitude for learning new software. Internet savvy, strong knowledge of social media and related apps. Excellent presentation and inter-personal skills. Highly organized, creative and able to juggle many projects simultaneously. Position Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with designing various marketing campaigns. Knowledge of the mountain bicycle/action sports industry is preferred. Compensation Range $58,119 - $79,914 The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
