Corporate Recruiter
Foxconn is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team at the North American Headquarters, where we provide innovative design and advanced manufacturing capabilities driven by Industry 4.0 methodology-driven solutions. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of technology-based requisitions. This individual will partner across the company to develop and execute strategies to source, attract, onboard, and retain high-quality talent for technical, leadership, and professional positions. In addition to talent acquisition activities, the Corporate Recruiter also assists HR and talent-related processes and tasks, as well as helps us build a strong employer brand and positive candidate experiences.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and external postings for current openings.
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation
- Specialize in the recruitment of software engineers
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round, and second-round interviews
- Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
- Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements and Ideal Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- 1 years of human resources experience, including at a business partnership level, recruiting, interviewing, and assessing candidates for best company fit.
- 1 years of Engineering, Software, or IT recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the development of proactive staffing strategies
- Requires a keen ability to create trusted relationships at all levels and must include a consultative, thoughtful approach.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented

- Strong organizational skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing
- Ability to communicate and work well with teams with a variety of diverse people and a global workforce
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Foxconn Full-Time, Permanent Employees:
- Accrue ten (10) personal days off and ten (10) vacation days off during the calendar year
- 401K savings plan eligibility upon completion of three (3) months of full-time employment
