What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships at the executive level within an assigned portfolio of Foxen clients. You will work hand in hand with the Sales and Customer Success team to build lasting relationships and ensure the customer’s highest level of satisfaction .
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other Sales and Business Development team members to build and refine Foxen’s Business Development strategy, sales processes and best practices
- Host regular check-ins with customers as well as strategic quarterly business reviews to ensure adoption of the portal and realization of success criteria
- Facilitate data requests and provide user feedback to our Product and Engineering teams
- Act as voice of the customer and communicate customer needs and wants to internal teams
- Identify and qualify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and work with the sales team to ensure execution
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2- 3 years experience in Account Manager position
- Ability to build authentic, lasting relationships with customers with a mutual concern for their success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong customer relationships
- Ability to quickly build rapport via phone or in-person
- Experience within the multi-family, and/or insurance industries is a plus
