New Home Sales Rep

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Home Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about new home sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to build rapport with potential homebuyers.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in showcasing our client’s innovative designs and guiding prospective buyers through the home purchasing process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for potential homebuyers, providing information about our communities, floor plans, and available options.
- Conduct guided tours of model homes, highlighting key features and amenities to showcase the unique value of our properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the construction team to provide updates on sales progress and ensure timely delivery of homes to buyers.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Networking with local realtors to establish key relationships that help grow business.
- Close deals.
SKILLS
- Proven track record of success in sales. Required.

- Able to get licensed in real estate. Required.
