We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Design Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and implementation of various site development projects. From concept to completion, the Site Design Civil Engineer will be responsible for developing plans and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site evaluations and assessments to determine project feasibility, constraints, and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive site design plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control measures.
- Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and other design professionals to integrate site elements and optimize functionality.
- Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses to address stormwater management and flood mitigation issues.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and obtain necessary permits and approvals for project implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in site design, land development, or related civil engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
