In this role, you will contribute by:
SUMMARY
Responsible for the logistical processing and coordination of International small package shipments, drop ship invoices, RMA returns and claims. Coordinates with vendors, sales staff, customer service, accounting and warehouse personnel to facilitate the necessary information to ensure smooth logistical transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Arranging shipment of requested items, goods, or merchandise
- Responding to department questions and concerns
- Preparing commercial invoices, customs paperwork, and other export documents
- Arranging pickup and delivery of freight by coordinating with trucking companies
- Auditing invoices
- Managing all drop ships
- Managing consolidation of shipments within warehouse and forwarders
- Managing RMA returns
- Tracking product shipments from shipping facility through clearance and delivery globally
- Creating and updating reports (end of month accrual process)
- Scanning shipping documents
- Researching and correcting freight issues
- Processing freight claims as needed
- May manage carrier invoices as assigned
- May be required to be on-call after regular business hours
- Reliable attendance is a must
- Other duties as assigned

- Basic Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Basic Reasoning Skills - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills – MS Word, MS Excel, PBS, ConnectShip
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year Logistics Processing

- Does not supervise staff
