Frankie’s Pizza – Store Manager . Frankie’s Pizza has been making award winning pizza in East King and Pierce County for over 25 years. Frankie’s Pizza has immediate opening for a Store Manager at a Pierce County location.
Responsibilities for the General Manager are all areas of the business including scheduling, inventory control, food preparation, cash, and cost management. Uphold company policy and procedures. Training of new employees on processes, restaurant culture and customer service. Ensuring that food safety and restaurant processes are followed by all staff .Cash Handling & Closing Paperwork.
Requirements Minimum of one-year experience mid to high volume in the food service industry.
High School Diploma or equivalent. A proven track record of successful delegation and employee motivation. Ability to make proactive decisions to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently. Must be an expert at multitasking and be able to prioritize tasks while working under pressure and time constraints. An effective communication style both written and verbally, Sound decision making and problem solving skills. Possess a strong customer service orientation. Must be self motivated and process driven to meet a high standard of service.
Compensation and Benefits Details- 40k , tips, Bonus Program, 2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months, 401K eligibility , medical, and a great non corporate Atmosphere.
