Come join a collaborative team as the Balanced and Restorative Justice (BARJ) Program Manager with the Franklin Grand Isle Restorative Justice Center!! The BARJ Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring individuals have the opportunity to address harm and make amends while supporting youth in healthy interests in an effort to develop positive outcomes. In this position you will provide agency wide leadership and vision, along with the continued carryout of protocol and best practices. In this role you will manage and further develop Youth Services at the Franklin Grand Isle Restorative Justice Center. Qualified candidate will grow and expand service delivery options, increase network of community partners and collaborate with stakeholders in an effort to broaden accessibility to needed services for youth in our community. This position will hold a case load of youth participants and may oversee a case manager, volunteers and interns. This position is salaried- full-time 40 hours/wk with a generous benefits package.
