HR Support Specialist–FRANKLIN MOUNTAIN MANAGEMENT | Full-Time
Franklin Mountain Management (FMM) provides best-practice Business Services to FMI and FM family of companies in the areas such as Financial Accounting, Investor Relations, HR, IT, Purchasing and Procurement, Legal, and Risk Management. FMM is seeking a human resource professional to join our team in the role of HR Support Specialist. Job Summary
The Human Resources Support Specialist position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions and support of the Human Resources Department. The position requires fundamental knowledge and understanding of human resources to successfully perform various administrative duties for the department. Primary functions will include data entry, maintenance of HRIS and employee records, new hire onboarding, entry-level recruiting and applicant tracking.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 2 yrs. relevant administrative and HR experience working in a human resource department &/or performing HR related duties.
o Recruiting experience via social media, industry sites, and various recruiting sources, preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field or equivalent education, training, and experience.
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Able to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation and sustain a high level of interpersonal skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
o Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
· Professional appearance with a strong telephone etiquette, professionalism, and customer service focus
