Services we provide include surveillance, statement & interviews, activities checks, background checks, and other investigative endeavors. Through our Frasco Profiles division we provide national and international pre-employment screening.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct SIU File Review and Document Case Findings
- Developing Investigative Action Plans
- Conducting SIU Investigations
- Writing Detailed Investigative Reports
- Interfacing with Clients, Insureds, Claimant’s, and Defense Attorneys
- Creating and facilitating Continuing Education and Anit-Fraud Awareness training with Clients
- Assisting in the SIU compliance functions with our clients including but not limited to: scheduling and tracking clients’ annual training, completing and submitting state annual anti-fraud reports, drafting and filing anti-fraud plans, maintaining carrier SIU feeder reports, etc.
- Assisting in other lines of business such as backgrounds, desktop investigation, social media investigations, etc… (when required)
- Managing a team of several SIU investigators
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an SIU role identifying and investigating suspected insurance fraud, packaging and presenting suspected fraudulent claims to authorities, handling of SIU related compliance functions, creating and facilitating anti-fraud awareness training
- Thorough knowledge of California SIU regulations required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Client relations experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
