Fraser is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to serve as a Clinical Program Manager for Preschool Day Treatment at Anoka Washington Headstart! In this role, you would oversee the therapeutic milieu for our preschool-aged clients and provide staff supervision.
We are seeking someone who is a Board-Approved Supervisor to support our Clinical Trainee level staff.
- Provide mentorship and support to Preschool Day Treatment staff at the assigned site.
- Provide clinical supervision to staff as assigned and collaborate with other supervisors as necessary.
- Collaborate with staff, provide consultation as needed, support the therapeutic environment of clinical services.
- Participate in team diagnostic assessment and treatment planning for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns with an emphasis on Mental Health diagnoses and disorders.
- Review and sign day treatment documentation (bills, day treatment plans, etc.) for assigned rooms in adherence to Fraser’s documentation standards and timelines.
- Provide direct supervision of assigned rooms.
- Provide coverage for clinical services based on staffing and program needs.
- Support staff to schedule and provide clinical services and documentation in such a way as to meet or exceed budgeted client service hour targets.
- Promote collaboration and teamwork within the Fraser Preschool Day Treatment Program and collaborating partners (ex; Pediatric Therapy, ABA).
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding of Mental Health Practitioners and Mental Health Professionals for assigned rooms.

Hours:
- Monday through Friday, standard business hours, some evenings
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work required

Current licensure from the State of Minnesota (LPCC, LP, LICSW, LMFT)
- **Must be Board Approved to provide clinical supervision
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license with acceptable record
- Experience providing clinical services to pre-school aged children in day treatment setting preferred
- Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required
