Fraser is looking for an Engagement Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team! This person will be client-centered and passionate about making a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of children, adults, and families with special needs. Responsibilities:
The Engagement Coordinator manages ongoing client no shows and cancellations with a goal of re-engaging the client or initiating the discharge process. The Coordinator also works collaboratively with Clinical staff to address barriers to client attendance. They may also work collaboratively with TransportationCoordinators to arrangetransportation for clients and help remove barriers for attending their appointments. This position serves as a subject matter expert to families, professionals, and Client Services regarding Fraser's attendance policies.

Location and Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday through Friday, standard business hours
- Bloomington, MN; this position may also have the ability to work remotely for part of the week on an on-going basis
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Sociology, Psychology or related fieldrequired OR equivalent education and experience required.
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email with Fraser clients, families, and staff in the English language
- Ability to pass DHS Background Check
- Customer service skills that focus on respect for others and value of relationships
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities effectively
- Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection
- Positive attitude
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate percentages, required
- Ability to recognize problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, required
