Here Is How You Will Have An Impact at Frasier:
- Provides excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and employees.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process including marketing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
- Collaborates and consults with hiring managers and leadership on strategic and tactical talent acquisition plans designed to meet the business objectives of the department and Frasier
- Researches, creates, and implements talent acquisition and selection processes that are consistent with Frasier’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Supports managers and leadership with the interview, selection, and onboarding process through coaching, training, and participation.
- Ensures compliance with state, Federal, and local employment laws, and requirements.
- Creates and supports a strong and engaging onboarding experience that connects new employees with Frasier’s mission.
- Administers and optimizes existing HR Technology (HRIS/Applicant Tracking/LMS/Scheduling), people programs. Assists in the development and implementation of new programs.
- Develops and updates job descriptions as needed.
- Researches and anticipates current market trends and their impact on recruitment and retention.
- Provides day to day oversight of third-party provider/vendor relationships related to recruiting.
- Develops and maintains effective data reporting processes (turnover, retention, time to fill). Produces HR management reports as requested by leadership.
- Works as a member of the HR Team to receive visitors, communicate HR policies and procedures, and assist in resolving issues.
- Plans, hosts, and attends internal, external, and virtual recruiting and hiring events.
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding data collection and analysis.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Here’s What You Will Need:
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Strong experience building and executing a digital marketing plan
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Dynamic and critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to high professional and ethical standards, and ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge preferred.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn UKG/UltiPro applicant tracking and HRIS.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or business or equivalent preferred.
- 5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of general human resources preferred.
- Relevant professional certification preferred.
- Must successfully pass organization-required background and drug screening
- Must successfully complete organization health screening and vaccination requirements

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $75k- 85k per year
Frasier offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees working at least 32 hours per week.
