Responsibilities and Duties:
- Exhibit consultative selling by assisting customers with their vehicle needs by asking questions and carefully listening to the customers responses
- Build rapport and relationships with customers and following up with guests to build clientele for life
- Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles
- Upholding a strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service to our guests, each and every time
- Stay up to date on products and be able to successfully explain product performance and product benefits to customers
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all steps of the sales process are followed in accordance with company standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eager to improve and continuously learn about new products and services
- Self-starter mentality with a go getter attitude to achieve quotas and metrics
- Ability to provide excellent customer service experiences with every customer
- Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience (preferred)
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
