POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Freedom Motors USA, you will be responsible for consultative selling that puts improved customer outcomes first. You'll actively listen to customers, identify their challenges, and propose a solution. The goal here is to address the needs of our customers and propose measurable gains by using our mobility vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Utilize the CRM to prospect and to maintain repeat and referral business
Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and active listening skills
Set up and conduct in-person demonstrations of our unique vehicles
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in consultative sales, preferably in the automotive field. However, other consultative selling, experienced reps, are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn product specifications and applications needed to support sales efforts
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others
