We are seeking a high energy Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead a team of Energy Sales Consultants to the next level. The ASM will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and delivering on required targets as well as working cross functionally with other departments.
- Following a plan and strategy to accomplish area revenue targets
- Developing and training sales team to improve sales skills
- Assisting in the recruiting and developing of new team-members
- Mentoring and coaching Sales Team to exceed sales goals
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of metrics like events, activities, etc.
- Participating in weekly team meetings as well as conduct locally as needed to scale team
- Preparing and presenting monthly forecast to Sales Director
- Working with Executive team on current market strategy
- Managing and prioritize daily workload
- Hungry, Humble and Smart Sales Managers with a strong B2C background!
