Role & Accountability:
- The work entails the operation of light manufacturing equipment/tools, along with cutting, general assembly, packing and inspection.
- Standard work and standard product quality are established for all jobs.
- Work instructions are provided in the form of standard work that includes detail instructions, process flow, material flow, information flow and established cycle times.
- Team members are trained and can further develop their skills through cross-training in other departments and in-house learning.
- Performance is measured against daily production targets and product quality standards.
Manufacturing Departments:
We operate 8 departments in manufacturing:
- Downpacking – re-packaging of various products
- Extrusion – extruding wax, cutting, packing
- Flaker – flaking & beading wax
- Injection – injecting jewelry & dental waxes
- Machinable – machining wax
- Processor – wax tank blending & batching
- Repro – batching & canning polyurethane products
- Sheetwax – rolling, gluing, cutting, packing
Performance Criteria:
We take an objective approach to evaluations by quantifying work performance. We conduct annual performance appraisals, along with a detailed individual development plan (IDP). We also conduct a formal mid-year review to assess progress. In addition to productivity and product quality, we also recognize other aspects of work, which are outlined below with their corresponding value.

Work Conditions:
Work Environment – clean environment, basic PPE use, air conditioning for some jobs
Physical Demands – light work, no heavy lifting, no high repetitive motion
Hours of Work – up to 29-hours per standard week; dayshift, Monday through Friday
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required
Experience in a plant production environment preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
