ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist billing department with driver paperwork
Offer administrative support across the organization
Professionally handle phone calls and route callers or answer questions in a timely and courteous manner
Welcome and greet drivers, customers and guests who visit the office
Perform duties as needed and assigned
Requirements
Experience with email, scanning, faxing, copying, filing
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
Well organized, reliable, and flexible
