Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hardscape Foreman to oversee upscale projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and in accordance to client specifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Landscape and Hardscape Management and Quality Control.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate projects from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project timelines and quality standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets required standards
- Utilize construction equipment as necessary
- Interpret Landscape/ Hardscape Designs to guide crews on specific details of each project
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Landscape/ Hardscape Management with a focus on Hardscape
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations for workplace safety
- Ability to manage contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain project schedules
- Excellent communication skills with crews and clients
This position offers the opportunity to lead exciting Hardscape Projects within historic Bethlehem and surrounding areas. You'll have the ability to apply technical expertise to each project, and contribute to the successful completion of our diverse portfolios.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
