Job Description
We are looking to fill entry-level positions in our Baking department . You are going to get proper training from our professional bakers who know the ins and outs of handcrafting high-quality artisanal organic breads.

You do not need previous experience in the baking industry, just strong motivation and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
As a Full-Time Baker in the bread department, you will be responsible for :
- Working in a team environment to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
- Maintaining tools and personal hygiene to ensure food safety and quality standards
- Preparing flour and other ingredients by hand or assisted with commercial bakery equipment
- Shaping dough to bake different types of bread
- Operating commercial bakery equipment such as commercial ovens, loaders, dough mixers, proofers
- Working quickly to ensure production targets are met

Hours
For this position, you must have open scheduling availability to work any day of the week
- 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
- 5 days a week including Saturday and Sunday
Requirements
- Open availability to work any day of the week
- Reliable transportation to work : less than 30 minutes commute
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work in a standing position for 8 hours shifts.
- Reading, writing, speaking, listening comprehension proficiency in English
