**Duties:**
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including kitchen and front-of-house
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in restaurant management, kitchen management, and food production
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience in banquet operations is a plus
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques
