We are looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
