Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals. Manage social media advertising campaigns. Maintain and update the social media content calendar. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Agent or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
