Receptionist
GENERAL SUMMARY
Are you someone that enjoys interacting and engaging with people at all levels of the organization? Fresh Products is looking for an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to join the team. The ideal person will enjoy administrative and office support activities while welcoming guests, visitors, and job candidates to Fresh. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, and order necessary supplies or helping with employee events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include answering and screening calls; managing calendars; processing expense report; and some travel arrangements.- Manage the company’s lobby area. Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers. Ensure completion of sign-in and security procedures.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff and outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
- Performs a variety of online research functions and uses Microsoft Office tools such as Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Filing and data entry, order office supplies and other items.
- Vendor management of services such as cleaning, employee market, and other services.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Provide support to the Customer Experience Team.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Communication and problem-solving skills with minimum of 1-year previous experience. Previous experience in administrative assistant or similar role is a plus.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required.- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapt easily to change, learn office procedures, and learn/use new software.
- Detail oriented; excellent communications skills, verbal, written and through presentations, with all levels of associates, customers, and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer (internal and external) service orientation.
- Integrity, honesty, practicality, clarity and a constructive bias are all expected.
- Exhibits excellent project and time management skills and very detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Computer proficiency including competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to Director of Human Resources
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must work in both office and plant floor environment. Sit for long durations of time, up to 8 hours. Work at a computer and keyboard for majority of work time. Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the work shift. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, waist level.
Salary : $27,300 - $34,500
