We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Supervisor. As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth dining experience for our guests.
```Duties```
- Manage and supervise front of house staff, including servers, server assistants, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist with guest seating planning and execution
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
Qualifications
- Food service management experience
- POS system proficiency, especially with Aloha and Micros POS
- Strong supervisory skills in a hospitality setting
- Previous experience in kitchen and restaurant management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and control
- Banquet, catering, and barista experience a plus
