Freshly is seeking a Human Resources professional to focus on talent acquisition in support of our Savage, Maryland facility. Successful candidates will be passionate and creative and possess talent acquisition expertise to help in growing our team and culture! This role will own everything: developing workplace partnerships in the community; sourcing qualified candidates; process, retention and culture initiatives and problem solving; and recruiting events. Responsibilities: Full lifecycle recruitment. Provide progressive, innovative and strategic solutions to delivering top talent and continuous process improvement. Develop and promote talent acquisition methodology which maintains high level candidate engagement throughout the recruitment, interviewing assessment and selection process. Train and coach leaders; ensure legal compliance. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key leaders and internal customers across the business as a trusted talent acquisition advisor. Develop, track and report on key metrics. Other duties as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business or other relevant field or equivalent experience. Comprehensive knowledge of staffing processes, systems and talent acquisition practices. Well-developed business acumen and ability to understand how talent and retention strategies impact the business. Approachable and high-energy demeanor; highly developed interpersonal skills; and analytical, consultative, and data driven approach to work. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency/intermediate to advanced spreadsheet experience.
