As the Digital Marketing Director for Friant, you are a true artist at heart and, alongside your team, can tell stories in ways that make the audience experience exactly what you want them to see and feel. Responsibilities

● Embody a “go-getter” attitude and serve as an inspirational leader to the sales team. Lead by example by actively engaging with sales personnel, participating in sales meetings, and demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

● Emphasize the value of marketing strategies as tools to enhance sales selling efforts rather than viewing marketing as a separate entity.

● Lead the marketing team by fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

● Motivate the team to consistently produce high-quality, original marketing materials that align with the company’s vision and resonate with the target audience.

● Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email, newsletter, social media, digital advertising, and events.

● Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, such as digital marketing, content marketing, and advertising, to provide a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.

● Work with the sales team to define and refine customer personas, ensuring marketing efforts effectively target the right audience.

● Create an environment where team members feel empowered to take ownership of their projects and continuously push the boundaries of marketing excellence while ensuring that their ideas are in harmony with the overall marketing and sales strategies.

● Develop a content strategy that supports the sales funnel, creating content that educates and engages prospects throughout their buying journey.

● Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, materials, and training to effectively sell products or services, including sales collateral and product knowledge resources.

● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and industry influencers.

● Manage the marketing budget to optimize spending and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) in terms of sales outcomes.

● Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design services, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

● Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimization.

● Create a system for gathering feedback from the sales team to continuously improve marketing strategies and materials.

● Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

● Regularly report marketing performance and its impact on sales outcomes to the executive team.

● Work on strategies to nurture existing customer relationships, increase customer loyalty, and maximize upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

● Stay current with marketing technology trends and leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

● Product messaging and positioning – develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with sales and dealers and differentiates our product from its competitors

● Foster a unified approach where sales and marketing work hand in hand to drive revenue and business growth.

Qualifications and Competencies

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

● 8 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

● Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

● Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing strategies.

● Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.

● Familiarity with the US market and an understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behaviors.

● Experience working in a global organization, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones and cultures.

● Willingness to travel on occasions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
